1. Who can use ReferToSender

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts for anyone under 13 are never allowed. You may keep one account, and the information you give us must be accurate.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at support@refertosender.com if you think someone else is using it.

2. What ReferToSender is

ReferToSender is a directory where members share their own referral links and codes for third-party stores, apps, and services. ReferToSender does not run those referral programs, does not set their rewards, and is not responsible for whether a store pays a reward.

Rewards, eligibility, and terms are set by each store and can change or end at any time. Always check the store's own terms before you sign up.

3. What you post

Only post referral links and codes that belong to you and that you are allowed to share publicly. Do not post for programs that forbid public posting, and do not post misleading rewards, spam, malware, phishing, or links that redirect somewhere other than the store.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, rank, and distribute it on ReferToSender and in search results, for as long as it is on the site.

We may review, hide, edit for formatting, or remove any content, and we may suspend accounts that break these terms, game rankings, or create duplicate accounts.

4. Fair use of the site

Do not vote on your own referrals, use bots or scripts to click, copy, vote, or scrape, or try to get around rate limits, security checks, or bans. Automated traffic is filtered and does not count.

5. Copyright and brand complaints

If you believe content on ReferToSender infringes your copyright or trademark, send a notice through https://www.refertosender.com/dmca. We aim to act on valid notices within 48 hours.

6. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile settings. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Active subscriptions are canceled when an account is deleted.

7. Disclaimers and limits

ReferToSender is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that any referral works, that any reward is paid, or that the site is always available or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, ReferToSender is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost rewards or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you paid nothing.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell members by email or on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use ReferToSender after that means you accept the new terms.
